The 39-year-old woman was wearing a flag around her neck, which got entangled in the rear wheel of the motorcycle her husband was riding, causing a severe neck injury.

Despite efforts to revive her, including CPR at the scene, the woman went into cardiac arrest and was pronounced dead upon arrival at Punta Europa Hospital.
