A tragic incident occurred on the famous Harbour Bridge in Sydney, resulting in the death of a man following a serious two-vehicle collision. The crash occurred around 12:40 pm local time on Saturday, July 18, prompting emergency responders to rush to the Bradfield Highway on Sydney Harbour Bridge.
New South Wales [NSW] Police officers arrived at the scene where they were informed about the collision involving two vehicles. Paramedics and police from NSW Ambulance immediately administered CPR to a man in his 70s, who was the driver involved in the crash. He was then stabilized and transported to Royal North Shore Hospital in critical condition. Sadly, the man passed away in the hospital, although his identity is yet to be officially confirmed. An investigation into the crash has been initiated, and a detailed report will be presented to the NSW Coroner.
