Drake’s latest cinematic venture, dubbed “Fear of Missing Out (FOMO),” delighted his fans with a diverse offering of new music and captivating visuals. The hour-long film, simultaneously streamed on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple platforms, provided an intimate glimpse into Drake’s summer adventures and opulent lifestyle.

Viewers were treated to scenes of Drake dancing around his lavish Toronto estate, sharing moments with his mother and her friends, and cruising on his lime-green luxury speedboat against the backdrop of the Toronto skyline. Packed with Toronto and Canada references, the video featured Drake and fellow rapper Loe Shimmy donning extravagant $150,000 Iron Man suits at the Canadian National Exhibition.

Boasting a star-studded lineup, the film showcased appearances from notable figures like SexyyRed, Stunna Sandy, model Winnie Harlow, NBA player Kevin Durant, and adult film star Lena the Plug. Additionally, the film previewed unreleased music collaborations with artists such as Don Toliver, PartyNextDoor, and Yeat, alongside nine fresh tracks, including Drake’s highly anticipated remix of Ella Langley’s hit song “Choosin’ Texas.”

During the Toronto premiere of “FOMO,” Drake hinted at a 2027 world tour, exciting fans with the prospect of upcoming live performances. Despite the film being made private on YouTube shortly after its debut, reactions from viewers varied, with some praising its longevity and consistency while others found it lacking in substance.

Jamaican artist Spice congratulated Drake on the film’s success via Instagram, commending his dedication and passion evident in “FOMO.” The film’s release was preceded by teasers on social media, where Drake hinted at the project through family photos and cryptic captions, building anticipation for the immersive experience he described as “self-funded surrealism.”

In a reflective message accompanying the film, Drake encouraged viewers to seize opportunities, make bold decisions, and challenge the notion of a declining music genre. With a mix of music, visual storytelling, and personal insight, “FOMO” showcased Drake’s creative evolution and commitment to his craft, leaving fans eager for what the future holds in his artistic journey.
