The beloved annual Coca-Cola Christmas truck is set to make a new appearance tomorrow. Following its kickoff in Edinburgh over the weekend with two stops, the festive truck is now making its way to Burton-upon-Trent in Staffordshire.

The illuminated truck will be stationed at The Mill House, a Hungry Horse pub in Stretton, from 12pm to 8pm on Thursday. Known for its popular TV advert, the truck embarks on a yearly tour across the UK, visiting 15 cities.

Coca-Cola is maintaining its collaboration with FareShare, the leading food redistribution charity in the UK dedicated to combating hunger and food wastage. The multinational company will be making a substantial donation directly to FareShare, equivalent to 1 million meals, to support the charity’s efforts in providing surplus food to those in need across the UK.

Graham Kelly, Head of Fundraising at FareShare, expressed gratitude towards Coca-Cola for their ongoing support. He highlighted that the generous donation will ensure that the equivalent of 1 million meals will be distributed to individuals and communities in need during the festive season. Food from FareShare reaches over 8,000 charities daily, including after-school programs, community lunch clubs, and homeless shelters, offering nutritious meals and essential services.

Elodie Peribere, Senior Marketing Director for Coca-Cola Great Britain and Ireland, emphasized the brand’s association with Christmas and the joy of bringing back the iconic Truck Tour. This year, the campaign encourages everyone to ‘Refresh Your Holidays’ and take a moment to create memorable experiences with loved ones. The continued partnership with FareShare remains a key focus for Coca-Cola, aiming to bring added meaning to Christmas for numerous individuals nationwide.
