Apple Fitness+ has introduced new features and content to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, launched in 2020, now offers multi-week programs like Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes designed to gradually improve fitness levels over time.
One notable addition is the “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” program, combining 20-minute workouts of these popular types. Additionally, the “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan aims to incorporate yoga into users’ routines consistently.
A program named “Make your Fitness Comeback” includes Strength, HIIT, and Yoga workouts, with three sessions per week lasting only 10 minutes each. These plans are structured to help users progress steadily in their fitness journey.
Apple Fitness+ also brings new episodes of Time to Walk, featuring celebrities like Mel B, Penn Badgley, and Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series returns with playlists dedicated to artists, including upcoming workouts featuring KAROL G’s music.
Moreover, guest workouts from lifestyle and fitness creator Allie Bennett and dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth are available for users to explore. The content can be accessed on various devices like iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with the option to enhance features using Apple Watch or AirPods Pro to monitor heart rate and calories.
The subscription is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 per year, offering a comprehensive fitness experience for users.
