Johnathan vanished while playing in his father’s backyard with his younger brother and their dog, Buck. He was last seen wearing a yellow Mickey Mouse shirt, black pants, and Paw Patrol shoes. According to the police, he and his brother were playing near the fence when the dog and Johnathan crossed over.

The incident in Walker County, Alabama, prompted an extensive search effort covering 500 acres involving 160 volunteers and 126 first responders. Tragically, the boy was found deceased on January 2, partially in a creek, after his dog guided a search team to his location.
