Netflix has unveiled its viewership numbers for the latter part of 2025, showing that Meghan Markle’s lifestyle program received disappointing ratings. The Duchess of Sussex introduced her series, named With Love, Meghan, in March 2025. The initial season faced criticism and only briefly appeared in Netflix’s top 10 programs.
The second season of the show premiered in August and ranked as the 1,224th most-watched program on Netflix from July to December 2025, according to the platform’s Engagement Report for the latter half of the year. With 2 million views and 9.7 million hours viewed, the show garnered modest viewership since its release.
The holiday special, With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration, did not perform well, landing at the 1,022nd position overall. Despite premiering on December 3, the special amassed 2.4 million views and 2.3 million hours viewed.
These viewership figures marked a significant decline compared to the first season of the show, which ranked 383 with 5.3 million views in the first half of the year.
Meghan’s show faced overshadowing by Netflix’s successful productions over the past six months, including popular series like Wednesday and Stranger Things, along with the anime film KPop Demon Hunters, which became the most-watched Netflix title with 482 million views in the same period.
The fate of Meghan’s Netflix series is uncertain, as sources suggest it will not be renewed for a third season. While discussions about potential holiday specials have arisen, nothing concrete is in development as of now.
Although Meghan’s show may not continue, she plans to shift focus towards her As Ever brand in a different capacity, featuring similar cooking and crafting content on her social platforms but in a more concise format.
Netflix remains a collaborator in Meghan’s lifestyle brand, As Ever, which was launched around the debut of the first season of With Love. The program showcases Meghan sharing cooking, crafting, and hosting advice with various celebrity guests and experts. Both Netflix and Meghan have not officially commented on the future of her show post the holiday special.
Since stepping back as working royals in 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been in partnership with Netflix, producing a documentary series that delves into their decision to leave the royal family and settle in the United States.
Despite signing a lucrative deal in 2020, the couple entered a new agreement with Netflix in 2025, granting the company a first look at their concepts, with the option to pursue other platforms if Netflix opts out.
During an interview at the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit in October 2025, Meghan elaborated on the continued collaboration with Netflix, emphasizing the flexibility provided by the first-look deal. She expressed gratitude for the creative partnership with Netflix, which extends to their joint work on her As Ever lifestyle brand.
