Crispin Glover, famously known for his role as George McFly in the Back To The Future trilogy, is facing serious accusations of battery and assault. The 61-year-old actor has refuted claims of battery, fraud, wrongful eviction, malicious prosecution, and intentional infliction of emotional distress brought against him by a former girlfriend in a recently filed lawsuit.

According to PEOPLE magazine reports, the lawsuit alleges a disturbing pattern of events where the accuser, identified as Jane Doe, was allegedly exploited and subjected to captivity and exploitation by Glover under false pretenses. Additionally, Glover is alleged to have violated California’s civil rights law, known as the Bane Act.

In response, Glover has denied all allegations, with his legal representation asserting that he was actually the victim of an unprovoked felony assault by Jane Doe at his Los Angeles residence. The accuser, known as Jane Doe, reportedly a model from the UK, asserts that she initially met Glover on social media over a decade ago. Despite considering him a friend, she claims he made inappropriate advances, urging her to relocate to Los Angeles.

The lawsuit further claims that Glover engaged in grooming tactics, offering promises of a fresh start in the entertainment industry if she became his assistant in 2024. Upon her arrival in California, Jane Doe alleges she was coerced into a situation where Glover sought to control her every move, effectively becoming a live-in girlfriend and subjecting her to unwanted advances.

Furthermore, the accuser alleges that Glover forcibly evicted her from his residence, leaving her homeless, and assaulted her when she tried to retrieve her belongings. Allegations of physical violence, filing a false police report, and seeking a restraining order against Jane Doe while attempting to maintain a sexual relationship are also included in the lawsuit.

Glover’s representative vehemently refutes the claims, citing documented evidence of an assault against him by Jane Doe leading to her arrest by the LAPD. The legal team asserts that Glover will vigorously defend himself against the allegations, expressing confidence that the truth will be revealed through the legal process.

Seeking a jury trial, Jane Doe is pursuing various damages, including general, special, punitive, and exemplary damages, as well as legal costs, attorney fees, and additional relief as determined by the court.
