The manager of Britney Spears has expressed concerns about the singer’s well-being, stating that she is in need of assistance. This statement follows an incident where she was arrested in California for Driving Under the Influence by the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office on March 45.
Subsequent to her arrest, Spears, aged 44, was processed through the system with records confirming her gender as female and her race as white. The manager of Britney, known for her numerous chart-topping singles and albums in the UK, emphasized the urgency of providing support to the singer.
In a message conveyed to the Mirror, it was stated, “This regrettable incident is entirely unacceptable. Britney is committed to adhering to the law and taking the necessary steps forward. This could potentially mark the beginning of a much-needed positive change in Britney’s life. We hope she receives the assistance and encouragement she requires during this challenging period.

Following her arrest at 9:30 pm local time and subsequent detention by the Sheriff’s department until 3 am, Britney was released from custody a few hours later. According to TMZ, she displayed emotions of distress during the booking process.
While Britney has not commented on the incident, her Instagram account seems to have been deactivated. Recent reports indicated that she obtained a permanent restraining order against an individual from Louisiana following concerning social media posts and unwelcome visits to her residence. Legal actions were taken against this individual, who had a history of harassment towards Britney.
The incident occurred after Britney sold a portion of her music catalog rights in February and terminated her long-standing conservatorship in 2021, granting her control over career decisions and finances. Despite announcing her retirement from the music industry in 2024, she hinted at a possible return to the stage in the United Kingdom in recent social media posts.
