A young woman was violently struck by a speeding car in what witnesses believe was a deliberate attack in Abbey Wood, southeast London. The incident was captured on video showing a red car swiftly approaching the victim from behind as she attempted to enter a parked vehicle.

Local residents who came to the woman’s aid expressed concerns that the driver’s actions seemed intentional, raising suspicions of a targeted assault. The Metropolitan Police have initiated an investigation to identify the driver involved in the incident.

Emergency services responded to the scene on March 8, with the victim being promptly transported to the hospital. Fortunately, her injuries were deemed non-life-threatening and she has since been discharged.
