Marella Cruises has announced a lineup of renowned artists to commemorate its 30th anniversary. Popular musicians like Pixie Lott and Lemar are scheduled to perform on special voyages.
The cruise company, which is a part of the travel conglomerate TUI, will celebrate this milestone across its fleet of five ships starting from May 1. The festivities will feature themed seven-night cruises filled with live music, appearances by celebrities, and entertainment inspired by the nostalgic 90s era.
Pixie Lott, a Brit-nominated singer-songwriter, will entertain guests on Marella Discovery with her hits. Moreover, the voyage will offer a live Q&A session with the beloved British broadcaster Michaela Strachan, who will share stories from her illustrious 40-year television career, spanning children’s shows, music programs, and wildlife documentaries around the globe.
The birthday celebrations on Marella’s fleet will include performances by Fleur East in Palma on Marella Discovery 2, BoyzLife on Marella Explorer in Palma, and Strictly Come Dancing star La Voix on Marella Voyager in Limassol. Additionally, Marella Explorer 2 will host a performance by double Brit Award winner Lemar.
The anniversary cruises will feature themed events such as a Birthday Gala, “Party Like It’s 1996” nights, trivia quizzes, and screenings of classic TV shows from the 90s.
