Trump expressed eagerness to meet with the King in the near future.

Addressing his personal rapport with Starmer, Trump expressed disappointment over Starmer’s eagerness to deploy aircraft carriers post-conflict, which Trump deemed unnecessary. Trump conveyed his fondness for Starmer but admitted to feeling let down by his actions.

Drawing attention to a bust of Winston Churchill in the Oval Office, Trump praised Churchill’s legacy and criticized Starmer for not embodying Churchill’s leadership qualities. Trump also mentioned the relocation of the Churchill bust during Obama’s presidency, emphasizing his decision to display it prominently upon assuming office.

It is worth noting that the Churchill bust mentioned was not returned to the UK but remained in a different location within the White House during Obama’s tenure.
