Representatives from countries like Australia, Canada, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Finland were present to observe the collaborative efforts of local authorities, charities, and schools in identifying and supporting at-risk youth before they face homelessness.

William introduced the experts to local leaders implementing a prevention-first approach and participated in a session with the BCP Youth Homelessness Board, where various sectors came together to address youth homelessness effectively.
