British singer Chappell Roan recently addressed an incident involving Jude Law’s daughter that occurred at a hotel. Jorginho, a Premier League footballer, claimed that his step-daughter Ada was left upset after encountering Chappell at the hotel before her performance at Lollapalooza in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Taking to social media, Chappell shared her perspective on the situation, clarifying that she was not approached by Ada or her mother. She expressed regret that they had an uncomfortable experience with a security guard who acted aggressively towards them without any valid reason.
Jorginho narrated the incident on Instagram, explaining how Ada, a fan of Chappell, innocently tried to confirm the singer’s identity but was met with disproportionate treatment by the security guard. The footballer emphasized the importance of respect and boundaries, expressing disappointment in the way his family was treated.
Subsequently, Eduardo Cavaliere, the mayor of Rio de Janeiro, announced on Twitter that Chappell had been banned from performing at an upcoming festival in Brazil. He stated that Ada would be honored at the event in May.
Chappell, born Kayleigh Rose Amstutz, had previously criticized overly enthusiastic fans for their behavior and emphasized the need for boundaries between celebrities and their followers in a series of TikToks.
