Now 53, Kate shared her journey of overcoming menopausal challenges by embracing Pilates and cold water swimming for fitness and flexibility. She humorously mentioned her involvement in a group of friends who start their day with chilly dips several times a week, referring to herself as a “Dryrobe w****r.”
