To assist in the final decision, Lord Sugar has enlisted the expertise of his trusted advisors, Nick Hewer and Margaret Mountford, who reunite after 13 years. Additionally, former winners Dr. Leah Totton, recruiter Ricky Martin, and air conditioning entrepreneur Dean Franklin will provide last-minute advice to the final two contestants before they present their business plans to industry experts.

Nick and Margaret previously served as Lord Sugar’s advisors from 2005 to 2009 before pursuing other endeavors. Nick, who hosted Countdown until 2020, has since appeared in various TV projects. Meanwhile, Margaret briefly returned to The Apprentice in subsequent years following her departure.

As the anticipation builds for the final outcome, Pascha, one of the youngest contestants at 21, expressed her gratitude for being part of an all-female final, emphasizing the importance of self-belief and empowerment.
