Northern Irish rap group, Kneecap, has criticized Sharon Osbourne for endorsing far-right figure Tommy Robinson. Osbourne, 73, revealed her plans to participate in Robinson’s upcoming anti-immigration demonstration at Trafalgar Square in London.

Robinson, in a social media clip, vowed to disrupt London and “Unite The Kingdom” during his rally. Osbourne, in response, expressed her intention to join the march. In light of this, Kneecap shared a Metro opinion piece condemning Osbourne’s attendance with a blunt message directed at her.

This clash with Osbourne is not the first for Kneecap, consisting of Mo Chara, Móglaí Bap, and DJ Próvaí. In the past, Osbourne had urged the group to emulate Bono following their politically charged performance at Coachella in May 2025.

During the Coachella event, Kneecap concluded their set with strong statements condemning Israel’s actions against Palestinians, which sparked controversy online. Osbourne later criticized the group for bringing politics to a music festival, emphasizing the importance of unity through music.

Following Osbourne’s remarks, Kneecap responded by stating a preference for being a Rangers fan. Mo Chara, in an interview with Rolling Stone, dismissed Osbourne’s comments and suggested that she should listen to “War Pigs” by Black Sabbath, her husband’s band.

Osbourne, who lost her husband Ozzy last year, has faced heightened scrutiny for her interactions with far-right movements. Recently, she faced backlash for supporting Tommy Robinson, leading to her being dropped by a charity organization due to conflicting values.

Tommy Robinson, also known as Stephen Christopher Yaxley-Lennon, is a controversial figure known for his far-right views and anti-Islam activism. Osbourne and Kneecap’s representatives have been contacted for their comments on the matter.
