Gabby Logan has acknowledged that her daughter has expressed feeling “scared” while in London, indicating that things are not going smoothly for them in the city. Gabby and her husband Kenny have been raising their twins, Lois and Reuben, in their beautiful Edwardian residence located in Buckinghamshire.

During a recent episode of Gabby’s Mid-point podcast, Kenny and Lois made an appearance, humorously referencing the show’s broadcast location as “deepest darkest London.” Gabby, aged 53, mentioned that she typically records the podcast at their home when conversing with her family.

The family discussed Lois’s journey into the capital, emphasizing that it is a significant event for the 20-year-old. Lois shared that she found London vibrant and pleasant, particularly in Soho, despite not being particularly fond of the city due to its overwhelming crowds. Gabby recounted a Christmas experience when she and Lois were in the city, with Lois expressing discomfort at the crowded streets.

Gabby mentioned that crime rates in London have been on a decline, citing statistics showing a decrease in crime risk over the past decade. The Metropolitan Police reported a decrease in phone theft offenses and an 11-year low in the homicide rate. Despite this, Gabby acknowledged concerns about theft incidents based on anecdotal evidence.

Lois expressed her preference for nature and the countryside, mentioning her contentment with being alone in a field with animals. Kenny added a humorous comment about the quality of the grass in that scenario. Lois explained her dual nature of enjoying social activities with friends while also feeling the urge to stay indoors and engage in quieter pursuits.

As a university student, Lois shared her enjoyment of social outings, particularly in pubs, indicating her appreciation for a balance between socializing and solitude.
