The Pussycat Dolls have decided to cancel numerous shows on their much-anticipated reunion tour. This group, famous for songs like Jai Hai and Don’t Cha, was set to embark on their first tour since 2009 later this year, following the postponement of their initial reunion in 2020 due to the global pandemic.
Unfortunately, fans eager to catch Nicole Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt, and Ashley Roberts in action will only have one chance in the US on June 6 at WeHo Pride in Los Angeles. The group explained in a statement that after reviewing the North American leg, they had to make the tough call to scrap all but one show.
The performance at WeHo Pride in Los Angeles remains scheduled for June 6, 2026, as a significant event to celebrate with their dedicated followers. Despite the North American cancellations, the UK and European tour is proceeding as planned, with overwhelming ticket sales and an enthusiastic response from fans.
For those who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster or AXS in Nashville, refunds will be processed automatically. However, individuals who bought tickets from third-party resellers like StubHub or SeatGeek need to contact the respective vendor for refunds. The Pussycat Dolls are still set to tour the UK, commencing on September 29 in Birmingham and concluding on October 13 at the O2 Arena in London.
While many fans expressed disappointment over the canceled shows in North America, with some suggesting smaller venues for future tours, the reunion also faced criticism. Original members Carmit Bachar and Jessica Sutta revealed they were not consulted about the reunion plans, leading to feelings of exclusion.
Carmit expressed her disappointment at not being informed directly about the group’s decision to reunite, highlighting her significant contributions to the group’s early days. Jessica claimed she was blindsided by the news and believed her exclusion was related to her political views. Melody Thornton is also absent from the reunion lineup.
Despite the challenges, the Pussycat Dolls are determined to make their upcoming shows in the UK and Europe memorable for fans new and old. The group is excited to bring their music and memories to life on stage and create unforgettable experiences for their loyal supporters.
