Jake Hall, a well-known personality from The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE), has tragically passed away at the age of 35 following an incident at a holiday villa in Mallorca. Recognized for his dynamic yet tumultuous persona, Jake’s life was marked by high-profile relationships, near-death experiences, and a profound commitment to his daughter.
The unfortunate event occurred while Jake was enjoying his time in Mallorca, where he was discovered at a rented residence in Santa Margalida with severe head injuries. Initial reports indicate that he inadvertently collided with a glass door upon returning from a night out, leading to him being found in a pool of blood from the shattered glass shards.
Authorities were alerted to the scene in Santa Margalida, located in northern Majorca, at 7:30 a.m. local time. An autopsy is scheduled to be conducted shortly in Palma, the capital of Majorca, as the Civil Guard launches an investigation into the incident.
According to sources, witnesses informed investigators that Jake had been partying throughout the night and opted to continue the festivities at his rental accommodation. Reports suggest that Jake may have been agitated in the hours preceding his death.
This tragic incident was not the first time Jake faced serious harm while vacationing. In May 2016, during a visit to Marbella, he was involved in a violent altercation at a nightclub, resulting in him being rushed to intensive care after being assaulted with a broken bottle. Jake, a central cast member on TOWIE at the time, nearly lost a kidney due to the aftermath of the brutal attack, necessitating a hospital stay for treatment before returning to the UK a month later.
In 2017, Jake welcomed his daughter, River Bella Hall, with his then-partner, Real Housewives of Cheshire star Missé Beqiri. Despite a tumultuous relationship that led to a restraining order in 2018 following a heated argument, Jake often attributed his daughter for providing him with a sense of purpose. “River is the reason I’m here today,” he confessed in 2025. “Everything I do is for her and her future.”

In a series of cryptic messages, Jake shared a passage from a self-help book about “Your inner roommate” followed by a final selfie wearing denim attire, giving a thumbs up in front of a mirror. The reason for Jake’s hospital stay remained undisclosed.
Shortly before his passing, Jake provided glimpses of his trip on Instagram, posting various images and videos from his holiday. Captioning his post, he wrote, “Life has its challenges, but I’ll try to focus on the positive – exploring different art forms.”
