Actor Patrick Muldoon’s cause of death has been disclosed as myocardial infarction, commonly known as a heart attack, according to his death certificate. Muldoon, recognized for his roles in popular 90s TV series like Saved by the Bell, Melrose Place, and Days of Our Lives, also had a hereditary coagulopathy disorder and suffered from a pulmonary embolism, as indicated in the document issued by the County of Los Angeles’ Department of Public Health.
The revelation comes nearly two weeks after Muldoon’s passing at the age of 57 at his Beverly Hills residence. Tributes have poured in from close associates who described him as generous, stylish, and full of life. Starting his career in the early 90s, Muldoon made his TV debut with appearances in sitcoms like Who’s The Boss and Saved By The Bell before landing significant roles in Days Of Our Lives and Melrose Place.
In addition to his TV work, Muldoon appeared in various films such as Starship Troopers, Stigmata, and The Comeback Trail. He also engaged in producing projects, with his latest involvement being in the film Kockroach.
