Ant McPartlin has confessed to making changes at home after receiving reprimands from his partner Anne-Marie Corbett. During their debut podcast appearance with Fearne Cotton, Ant and Dec discussed a New Year’s resolution involving Ant’s young son.

In the podcast episode, Fearne explained to the TV duo that podcasting had no strict guidelines like television and even encouraged them to use profanity, but Ant declined the offer.

Dec mentioned that Ant’s avoidance of swearing had become part of his resolutions. Ant, who shares a son named Wilder with Anne-Marie, mentioned that he was frequently scolded for his language.

Speaking on the Happy Place podcast, Ant shared, “My little one is 19 months old now, and he’s starting to speak. I’ve been told off for swearing at home, so I’m working on curbing that habit.”

He emphasized his commitment to avoiding swearing on the podcast and acknowledged the need to control his language.

Fearne mentioned that they had freedom in the podcast, noting the use of strong language, which surprised Ant and Dec. Ant admitted that when he gets excited, he might forget his resolutions.

In a previous appearance on “I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked,” Ant and Dec discussed their nightly routines. Ant mentioned staying up late, watching box sets, and struggling to go to bed early due to their baby.

Dec, who has two children with his wife Ali Alstall, shared that they have an early bedtime routine, watching TV before heading to bed.

Taking a playful jab at Dec’s news-watching habit before sleep, Ant humorously remarked on his co-host’s bedtime routine.
