A 68-year-old Austrian woman tragically lost her life in a horrifying shark attack during her vacation at a popular Egyptian resort in July 2022. The woman suffered severe injuries, including the loss of an arm and a leg, leading to her death from shock in an ambulance. The incident took place at Sahl Hasheesh, a well-known bay along Egypt’s Red Sea coast near Hurghada.
