Andrew paused his political ambitions to support his family’s return to Gogglebox, emphasizing their importance to him. Tragically, in 2021, Andrew passed away at 61, leading the family to decide not to return to the show. Channel 4 and Studio Lambert confirmed his death, expressing their sadness and condolences.

The Michaels have since maintained a low profile. Carolyne seems absent from social media, while Louis has not posted since 2019. Alex occasionally shares snapshots on Instagram, showcasing her fleece-making skills and lively festival experiences.
