Despite her promising career, Jennifer faced a harrowing experience as her home became the target of a violent attack while she was embarking on her Hollywood journey, getting involved with Liverpool gangster Tony Richardson. Reflecting on her past, Jennifer admitted, “I buried the pain, trying to move forward without dealing with the trauma.”
Years after parting ways with Richardson, Jennifer confronted her past on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins in 2022, acknowledging the impact of the abusive relationship on her self-worth. Opening up about her experiences in the mirror room on the show was a cathartic moment for her, providing closure on that chapter of her life.
Today, Jennifer leads a peaceful life, focusing on her family and her dance school. She found happiness with boxer Rob Tickle, marrying in 2009, and together they are raising their three sons, Bobby, Harry, and Charlie, while also caring for Rob’s two daughters, Sophie and Chloe.
