Cher’s son, Elijah Blue Allman, was arrested and charged with assault after causing a disturbance at St Paul’s School in Concord, New Hampshire. The incident led to his arrest on Friday night, where he faced charges including simple assault, criminal trespass, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct before being taken to Merrimack County Jail.
Elijah, a former member of the rock band Deadsy, was reportedly found in the dining hall acting belligerently. Following his arrest, TMZ reported that he was released but must return for a future court date. Mirror Online sought comments from Cher’s representative and the Concord Police Department.
Last year, Elijah faced a health scare when he was rushed to the hospital after being found unresponsive. Cher, his mother, has been actively involved in getting him the necessary help, expressing her primary concern for his well-being amidst his history of substance abuse.
Cher previously filed for conservatorship to manage Elijah’s financial access due to his mental health and addiction struggles. Currently undergoing a divorce from Marieangela King, Elijah’s situation has been complex, with past accusations and legal actions involving his welfare and financial management.
Elijah has openly discussed his battles with substance abuse, detailing his struggles with drugs during his youth. Despite his challenges, efforts are being made to support him through his journey to recovery.
