A tragic incident occurred this week as a young police officer lost his life due to injuries sustained while on duty.

PC Bradley Corke, aged 27 and a member of Kent Police since May 2022, suffered severe injuries in a collision involving his police car in Farningham on Thursday, March 19. Regrettably, he has passed away, leaving behind a devastated police force and community.

Following the crash, another officer remains in critical condition in the hospital, while a civilian from a second vehicle involved is receiving treatment for serious injuries.

Kent Police expressed their condolences for PC Corke, praising his selfless sacrifice in trying to protect others at the cost of his own life. Describing him as brave and dedicated, the force emphasized his commitment to serving and helping those in need.
