EastEnders fan-favorite Cheryl Fergison has landed a new role, co-starring with Katie Price. The actress, known for portraying headband enthusiast Heather Trott on the soap opera, is now on tour across the UK in the stage production Living The Life Of Riley, which is receiving national acclaim and features a nightly introduction by Katie Price on screen.

The play revolves around a mother dealing with her son’s autism diagnosis, a situation familiar to Katie Price, given her own experiences with her son Harvey. Cheryl, who recently disclosed losing £500,000 and facing financial ruin due to being scammed by her accountant, shared her resilience, stating, “I’m a survivor. It’s not that I’m a glass half full person; I just know I am lucky to have a glass at all.”

Reflecting on the aftermath of discovering the scam in 2012, Cheryl expressed the challenges of going broke while maintaining a public image of wealth. She opened up about her financial struggles, revealing the difficulties of managing debts and bills despite her public persona.

Additionally, Cheryl recounted her divorce from her first husband, Jay Saddiqi, in 2008, describing the moment she suspected his infidelity. She shared a revealing conversation where she confronted him about the scent of women’s perfume in their car, highlighting the emotional turmoil she endured during that period.
