Georgia Harrison has released a statement following Stephen Bear’s return to prison for violating a restraining order that prohibited him from mentioning her online. Bear, a 36-year-old reality TV personality, was sentenced to 16 months in jail at Chelmsford Crown Court on August 6 and was immediately taken into custody. He is required to serve a minimum of eight months before potential release.
In addition to his prison term, Bear is now subject to a new restraining order preventing any contact with Harrison indefinitely. The original restraining order was imposed in 2023 when Bear shared a video of himself engaging in intimate activities with Harrison without her consent on platforms like OnlyFans and WhatsApp.
Despite the previous restraining order, Bear continued to post about Harrison in 2025, even during her pregnancy. Harrison commended the seriousness with which her case was handled, noting that it was not treated as just a celebrity scandal but as a genuine offense against her. She emphasized the importance of law enforcement taking such cases seriously to ensure the safety of women.
After his release from prison in early 2024, Bear launched a social media campaign accusing Harrison of conspiring against him, leading to defamatory posts and images that garnered significant attention. During the court proceedings, Harrison expressed feeling fearful for her safety due to Bear’s online behavior.
Judge Christopher Morgan, who oversaw the initial trial in 2023, condemned Bear’s actions in 2025, stating that his posts were intended to cause maximum harm to Harrison. The judge criticized Bear for spreading false information and leaving Harrison vulnerable to potential harm from those who believed his lies.
