“Ghislaine Maxwell’s Unseen Mugshot Revealed”

Published on

A recent mugshot of Ghislaine Maxwell, the accomplice of Jeffrey Epstein, has been unveiled. This photograph, previously unseen, was part of a massive release of three million pages of documents, emails, photos, and videos by the US Justice Department. Maxwell is depicted in the mugshot wearing an orange jumpsuit with her hair in a bun, believed to be taken after her arrest in July 2020. The once-prominent British socialite turned criminal was apprehended in the US on multiple federal charges, including the transportation of minors across state lines for sexual activities, perjury, and exploitation of minors. Although sentenced to 20 years, she is currently serving her term in a medium-security jail.

The US Justice Department confirmed the disclosure of more records from the Epstein files in accordance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, a law that triggered Donald Trump’s disapproval. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche stated that over 2,000 videos and 180,000 images were part of the recent extensive document release.

These files revealed additional shocking details about the scandalous duo. As per the documents, Epstein bequeathed $5 million (£3.6 million) of his substantial fortune to Maxwell. Epstein, who passed away in a prison cell in 2019, had designated Maxwell to be among the nine individuals to receive $5 million posthumously.

Although some names were redacted, Karyna Shuliak, reported as Epstein’s last girlfriend, also received $5 million from his will. Another beneficiary was Jean-Luc Brunel, an associate who was discovered deceased in a Paris prison cell in 2022. Notably, Epstein’s attorney, Darren Indyke, was listed as a beneficiary as well. Epstein’s demise in a New York City prison cell in 2019 was also mentioned in the Epstein Files, with a reminder that inclusion in the documents does not imply guilt.

Furthermore, additional emails exchanged between Maxwell and an individual referred to as “The Invisible Man,” who signed off as “A,” were released recently. The disgraced British socialite corresponded with this contact, believed to be Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, in one message dated March 31, 2002. Maxwell addressed the person as “sweet pea” following the passing of the Queen Mother, expressing condolences and affection.

The following day, The Invisible Man replied, mentioning a missed call and promising a chat later. Andrew has consistently denied any allegations of misconduct.
