Helen Flanagan has broken her silence following the news that her former partner is putting their family home up for sale. Despite their separation years ago, Helen and Scott Sinclair continue to co-parent their three children – Matilda, Delilah, and Charlie.

The actress, known for her role on the popular TV show Coronation Street, is currently residing in the Bolton residence she once shared with Scott. However, Scott’s decision to sell the property for financial reasons has deeply affected Helen.

In an interview with The Mirror, Helen expressed her heartbreak over the situation, citing Scott’s choice to sell the house while indulging in luxury vacations and frequent trips to Dubai as the source of her frustration. She highlighted her concerns about her future and financial stability, especially in meeting the needs of her children.

Reports indicate that Scott initially listed the property for £1.5 million last year, with subsequent price reductions leading to the current asking price of £995,000. Sources close to the situation reveal that Scott is keen on selling the property to liquidate assets, despite not yet securing a new residence for Helen and the children.

The tension between the ex-couple further escalated as Helen resisted the idea of moving, citing her attachment to the home where the children are settled and her close proximity to family. Scott’s proposal of purchasing a new four-bedroom house for Helen, albeit with conditions on maintenance payments, has added to the disagreement.
