Idris Elba, known for his acting roles, is set to showcase a different talent this summer. Instead of the rumored James Bond role, the 53-year-old Luther star will be headlining at the renowned Ibiza nightclub Pacha for a special one-night appearance during DJ Solomun’s residency.

Solomun, a four-time DJ Awards winner, is returning for his 12th season at Pacha Ibiza, bringing in various renowned artists to perform alongside him. Among the lineup are Skrillex, Jamie xx, Anyma, KETTAMA, DESIREE, Max Styler, Âme, Dixon, Denis Sulta, Chloé Caillet, and DJ Gigola.

Over the years, Idris Elba has been focusing more on his DJ career, with notable performances at events like Coachella and even at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding in 2018.

Solomun, known for his successful shows at Alexandra Palace in London and The Sphere in Las Vegas, shared his excitement for the upcoming Ibiza season. He emphasized the creative energy of Ibiza, promising fresh music, surprising lineups, and unique experiences for the audience.
