The incident left Jodie deeply distraught, describing herself as “broken beyond belief” as the blaze claimed the lives of two animals at her sanctuary.
Taking to social media, the 47-year-old shared a video showcasing the extensive destruction caused by the fire in her home. The footage displayed the severe damage to various rooms, with walls, floorboards, and ceilings all visibly affected. Despite the emotional turmoil, Jodie expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support received from friends who rallied around her during the crisis.
Amid tears, Jodie recounted the harrowing experience of rescuing her animals from the blaze, emphasizing the successful evacuation of multiple cats, dogs, and other pets.
