Katie Price has recently shut down another business amidst ongoing financial struggles. The 38-year-old ex-glamour model had established KP Equestrian Ltd a few years ago, offering a range of riding apparel for women, men, and children, including leggings, body warmers, T-shirts, and tops.
Reports confirm that Katie has officially wound up the company, with no activity on its Instagram page for over two years. Even her former partner, Carl Woods, once modeled for the brand.
Financial records from Companies House reveal that KP Equestrian Ltd had a mere £1,000 in its bank account and was valued at £15,000, a significant drop from its £26,269 valuation in 2022, as per The Sun.
Known for her passion for horses since her teenage years, Katie expressed her deep connection with horse-riding, describing it as a sanctuary where she could unwind and indulge in her hobby. Despite her hectic schedule, she always made time for her equine companions, finding solace and joy in their presence.
The closure of Katie’s latest venture coincides with her husband Lee Andrews facing financial challenges. Lee, who has been incarcerated twice at Dubai’s Al Awir prison, had proposed setting up a GoFundMe campaign to secure his release. During a previous incident, Lee required a substantial sum, reportedly £140,000, for his freedom, which Katie declined to pay despite flying out to assist him.
In a recent interview, Katie shared her resilience in the face of adversity, emphasizing her determination to support Lee despite criticism and online trolling. She acknowledged the difficulties she faced but remained steadfast and resolute in her decisions.
