In a recent interview, Kerry Katona, the former member of Atomic Kitten, openly discussed her connection with her ex-husband Brian McFadden. Katona, 45, revealed that McFadden, 46, was the first person who truly showed concern for her well-being. However, she acknowledged that he is not comfortable with her speaking publicly about their past relationship.

Currently, Kerry is in a relationship with fitness influencer Paolo Margaglione, whom she met on the TV show Celebs Go Dating in April 2025. On the other hand, Brian tied the knot with Danielle Parkinson, his third wife, last year.

Brian, a popular singer, will be featured on a special charity episode of ITV’s Tipping Point for Soccer Aid, alongside host Ben Shephard. Brian and Kerry were married from 2002 to 2004 and share two daughters, Molly Marie and Lily-Sue. Despite their marriage ending, Kerry looks back on her time with Brian fondly.

During an episode of Paul C. Brunson’s We Need To Talk podcast last year, Kerry expressed how cherished she felt during their time together. She described Brian as affectionate, funny, and deeply loving. While Brian was a significant figure in her life, she mentioned that he dislikes her discussing their past in public.

The couple, who celebrated their daughter Molly’s 24th birthday together last year, seem to have reconciled their differences. Kerry shared a heartfelt post on Instagram commemorating the occasion.

Following her marriage to Brian, Kerry remarried twice – to Mark Croft from 2007 to 2011 and later to George Kay, who passed away at 39 in 2019. In contrast, Brian also remarried twice, first to Vogue Williams in 2012 and then to Danielle Parkinson in a private ceremony in July 2025.

Brian McFadden will participate in the charity event Tipping Point for Soccer Aid, airing on ITV1 and ITVX on May 25. Alongside comedian Maisie Adam and football commentator Sam Matterface, they will play for £10,000 to support children globally.
