Montreal Canadiens’ iconic goaltender, Carey Price, is set to receive a warm homecoming at the Bell Centre, marking his Hall of Fame induction after a distinguished 15-year career with the team. The organization revealed that Price will be honored on November 10, following his induction into the Hall of Fame the day before. As the 62nd member of the Canadiens to achieve this prestigious recognition, Price will also join the esteemed Ring of Honour at the Bell Centre, a tribute reserved for legendary players in hockey history.

Price, who has played his entire NHL career in Montreal, holds several franchise records, including the most games played and victories as a goaltender. Over 712 games, he maintained an impressive 2.51 goals-against average and a .917 save percentage. The upcoming ceremony to celebrate Price’s achievements will coincide with a game against the Minnesota Wild, where fans will have the opportunity to show their appreciation for the goaltender’s contributions to the team.

In addition to his Hall of Fame induction, Price’s career highlights include seven All-Star appearances and being selected fifth overall in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. The Montreal Canadiens will commence their preseason activities on September 19, gearing up for their regular season opener on September 29 against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
