The recently appointed supreme leader of Iran narrowly escaped a fatal attack when his residence was targeted by US and Israeli missiles, as revealed by leaked audio recordings. Mojtaba Khamenei, son of the late Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who was designated as his successor, has not been publicly seen for weeks. The leaked audio footage disclosed that he narrowly avoided the strike by stepping outside the house momentarily while his family was inside during Ramadan.

A leaked recording from Mazaher Hosseini, the former head of protocol for Ali Khamenei, recounted the harrowing details of the assault on Iran’s political leadership. Hosseini shared that Mojtaba was outside the house when the missile hit, resulting in the immediate death of his wife. The attack targeted multiple locations within the compound simultaneously, including Mojtaba’s residence and his brother-in-law’s dwelling below.

According to Hosseini, the powerful missiles caused devastating damage, including a severe leg injury to the new supreme leader, leading to the tragic loss of his wife and son. Despite rumors circulating globally about his condition, Mojtaba has not made any public appearances or statements following the attack. Recent reports indicated that he may have been in a coma and undergone leg surgery in Moscow, allegedly arranged by Russian President Putin, at one of his official residences, following the successful operation.
