“Over 3,000 Protesters Killed in Iran Crackdown”

Protests have erupted worldwide following reports of over 3,000 protesters being killed during Iran’s severe crackdown on demonstrations.

The country’s 90 million inhabitants woke up to discover internet access blocked and phone lines severed after days of protests incited a harsh reaction from authorities.

Witnesses recounted hospitals being overwhelmed with casualties as protesters filled the streets of Tehran and Mashhad, with additional demonstrations captured in videos on Monday.

Iran’s main opposition MEK stated that the death toll from the 16-day protests has surpassed 3,000, condemning the government’s actions as a “major crime against humanity.”

Meanwhile, Downing Street downplayed the likelihood of labeling Iran’s ruling Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization, citing concerns raised by former MI6 chief Sir Richard Moore.

Sections of Tehran suffered significant destruction during the protests and the subsequent crackdown by the regime.

In Iran, supporters at a government-organized rally displayed images of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, expressing anti-US and anti-Israel sentiments.

Protests against the regime took place in various locations, including London and Berlin, with calls for the return of Reza Pahlavi, son of Iran’s former ruler.

While some reports estimate around 600 protester fatalities, opposition groups within Iran claim the death toll could be as high as 3,000 individuals.

Efforts by Iranian authorities to regain control included nationwide rallies featuring a dummy of Donald Trump and displays of anti-regime sentiments.

Notably, a text message from the police advised families to ensure the safety of their youth and teenagers amidst the unrest.

Images of coffins draped with American and Israeli flags were displayed on billboards in Tehran, reflecting the ongoing tensions.

Signs from anti-regime protests in Los Angeles were still visible on Monday, showcasing the global impact of the demonstrations.
