Live Unlimited has submitted a notice to appoint administrators, a move that triggers a brief legal halt preventing creditors from taking immediate legal actions.

Established in 2012 by Rachel Heather and Tracy Egan, Live Unlimited initially started as a limited capsule collection before expanding to a full-fledged brand in 2017. The company recently struck a partnership with Nordstrom, a department store chain, to retail its clothing range, available in sizes 12 to 28, in the United States.

In related news, another fashion venture, founded by Samantha Cameron, spouse of former UK Prime Minister David Cameron, is also undergoing closure procedures. Lady Cameron confirmed that the upcoming winter collection will mark the end of operations for her Cefinn brand. Although the brand’s physical stores in London will remain operational for a few more months, the decision to wind down the business was described as challenging due to mounting costs and profitability challenges.
