Police are currently on the lookout for a man who disappeared at a lake yesterday, with police divers and helicopters reportedly participating in the search. The incident occurred on Sunday evening at Llyn Geirionydd, a 45-acre lake located in Snowdonia, Wales. Emergency services responded to the situation after the alarm was raised around 7.10pm. Despite extensive searches conducted overnight, the man remains missing, and his family has been informed.

Just eleven days ago, the body of a 21-year-old man was retrieved from the same lake. Llyn Geirionydd is a popular spot for water sports enthusiasts, attracting kayakers and being the sole lake within Eryri National Park where speedboats are allowed.
