Prince Andrew, previously residing in Royal Lodge, has reportedly relocated to a temporary residence on the Sandringham Estate. Renovation works are ongoing at his permanent home, Marsh Farm, situated in Wolferton, Norfolk.
Recent reports indicate that Prince Andrew expressed dissatisfaction with the temporary property, considering it inadequate and remote. This sentiment arose after a viewing where he allegedly described the location as isolated and the property as too small for his liking.
Following his removal of royal titles due to his association with Jeffrey Epstein, Buckingham Palace announced Prince Andrew’s departure from Royal Lodge. Pressure mounts on him to provide evidence in the US regarding his ties to the late sex offender, although he maintains his innocence.
A close associate disclosed to The Sun that Prince Andrew initially intended to prolong his stay at Royal Lodge but was prompted to leave swiftly after the release of new Epstein-related documents, resulting in a discreet departure.
Prince Andrew’s relocation was executed discreetly under the veil of darkness, indicating his acceptance of the situation. Concerns raised by his brother, King Charles, regarding the Epstein connection reportedly influenced this decision.
Despite Marsh Farm being smaller than Royal Lodge, it still offers ample space with five bedrooms. However, Prince Andrew is reportedly displeased with the downsizing and the absence of living quarters for staff, contrasting his prior royal living standards.
