During the encounter, Prince William engaged in casual conversation before firmly stating, “There is absolutely nothing I would not do to protect my family or those close to me from those times, so we are not going back.” This revelation comes from a new revealing biography titled “William and Catherine: The Intimate Inside Story” by royal editor Russell Myers from The Mirror.
The biography recounts how in 2004, Kate’s relationship with the future King became public knowledge after they were photographed skiing together in Klosters, Switzerland, causing a media frenzy. Subsequently, William, along with the press, gathered at Duchy Home Farm in Gloucestershire, where he confronted the photographers at the Hare and Hounds Hotel.
Former Daily Mirror chief photographer Kent Gavin disclosed how Prince William admonished the photographers for their behavior on the slopes, emphasizing his commitment to protecting his family. After delivering his message, Prince William finished his drink and bid farewell, leaving the photographers astonished.
