Princess Kate made her customary appearance at the Wimbledon finals this year, accompanied by her family at SW19. Joining the Princess of Wales were her husband, Prince William, along with their eldest son, Prince George, and daughter, Princess Charlotte, on Sunday to witness the men’s singles final.

Although Prince Louis has yet to experience Wimbledon, Prince George and Princess Charlotte have been regular attendees at the tournament alongside their parents. The family arrived together to watch the match between Jannik Sinner and Alexander Zverev on Centre Court, where they were welcomed by a line-up of guests before settling into the royal box.

During the introductions, British Wimbledon semi-finalist Arthur Fery extended an invitation to Prince George and Princess Charlotte to play tennis with him. Meanwhile, Prince William and Princess Kate congratulated Fery on his semi-final run and wished him a happy birthday as he turned 24 the day before.

Fery expressed his gratitude for the royal support, mentioning how Princess Kate had attended one of his earlier matches. He also mentioned the shared passion for tennis within the royal family and offered to play with the children if they ever wanted to hit a few balls.

In the midst of the intense final match, Prince George was spotted wearing sunglasses, a hat, and using a handheld fan to stay cool under the sun. Princess Charlotte was seen having an animated conversation with her mother, who appeared to be explaining the game’s rules or tactics.

As the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, Princess Kate presented the Wimbledon trophy to Jannik Sinner after his victory over Alexander Zverev, securing back-to-back Wimbledon triumphs. She commended Sinner for his outstanding performance and expressed how inspiring it was for her children to witness tennis at such a high level.

After the match, Princess Kate and Princess Charlotte engaged in discussions with the young tennis champion, where Prince George affirmed his continued passion for playing tennis. The royal family was seen enjoying the on-court action and applauding the players throughout the match.

The presence of the Princess of Wales and her children at the Wimbledon finals added a touch of royal charm to the prestigious event, emphasizing their shared love for the sport and admiration for the athletes’ skills.
