Jessie J has announced the end of her relationship with Chanan Colman, her partner of three years since their son was born.
The 38-year-old singer shared the news on Instagram, describing it as a ‘sad situation.’ This follows a challenging period for the Price Tag hitmaker, who battled early breast cancer in April 2025.
In her statement, she revealed that she and Chanan mutually decided to separate some time ago. Despite the difficulties, they are focused on co-parenting their son in a positive and healthy environment. Jessie J emphasized the importance of maintaining a supportive friendship and unity for the well-being of their child, Sky.
Colman, a retired professional basketball player from the Israel Basketball Premier League, originally from Denmark, had been in a relationship with Jessie J since around 2021. They went public in 2023, shortly after the singer’s miscarriage tragedy.
Following the birth of their son, Sky, in May 2023, Jessie J expressed her deep affection for Colman, calling him the “calm to my crazy” and praising him as a beacon of light during dark times. Their whirlwind romance took a turn that led to their current decision.
Before Colman, Jessie J was involved with Hollywood actor Channing Tatum for two years. Their relationship, which began in October 2018, ended amicably due to Tatum’s parental responsibilities and career demands, prompting them to transition to a friendship.
