The solemn occasion brought people together in the town hall gardens to honor the memories of Alice da Silva Aguiar, Bebe King, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, who tragically lost their lives during a Taylor Swift-themed dance class on July 29, 2024. Additionally, eight children, dance instructor Leanne Lucas, and businessman John Hayes sustained physical injuries in the attack.

Participants, including members of the public, Sefton Council, and Merseyside Police, paid tribute to the victims and survivors during the three-minute silence.
