Family members of the supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei have reportedly perished in recent airstrikes that took place yesterday.
Following major combat operations initiated by the US and Israel targeting Iran, the Foreign Office now advises refraining from non-essential travel to the United Arab Emirates. In response, Tehran launched retaliatory strikes across the Middle East, striking locations such as Dubai, Doha, Bahrain, and Kuwait, all of which house US bases, along with Israel.
In a post on Truth Social, former President Donald Trump confirmed the death of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, describing it as a significant moment for the Iranian people and various nations affected by Khamenei’s actions.
Reports from Iranian state media indicate that Ayatollah Khamenei’s daughter and grandchild were among those killed in the US-Israeli strikes, with previous reports suggesting the deaths of Khamenei’s son-in-law and daughter-in-law, as confirmed by IRGC-affiliated Fars News.
Despite these reports, there has been no official confirmation from Tehran regarding the demise of the supreme leader.
