A teenager who had been missing since April 22 has been found dead in a river after a search operation. Joseph Porch, 19, was last captured on CCTV in the Scotswood House area of Stockton-on-Tees, near the River Tees. Cleveland Police confirmed that his body was discovered in the River Tees on April 29.
