Tesco is offering complimentary ice lollies to over a million Clubcard members this week. Clubcard customers will find a digital voucher in their Tesco app, located in the coupon section. The promotion includes 11 different types of Tesco ice lollies, and the vouchers are valid until midnight on July 1. These vouchers can be redeemed at both large stores and Tesco Express locations but are not applicable for online purchases.

As part of the “Freebie Thursdays” campaign, Tesco distributes various coupons every Thursday, although not every customer receives one each week. Selection for freebies is based on individual shopping patterns, with previous giveaways including Walkers crisps and Tesco cookies.

Recently, Tesco introduced a version of its Clubcard tailored for 16 and 17-year-olds, granting approximately 1.6 million younger customers access to numerous Clubcard Prices deals for the first time. Typically, the Tesco Clubcard is available to individuals aged 18 and above. The new digital Clubcard for 16-17-year-olds can only be accessed through the Tesco app or website and requires an invitation from a parent or guardian’s Clubcard account to sign up.

Tesco shoppers accumulate one Clubcard point for every £1 spent in stores or for every two liters of fuel purchased at Tesco fuel stations. Points can also be earned through Tesco Bank and Tesco Mobile, with benefits such as five points for every £4 spent using a Clubcard Credit Card at Tesco. Furthermore, Tesco Mobile customers receive one Clubcard point for every £1 spent on pay monthly bills or top-ups. A minimum of 150 points is necessary to obtain a Clubcard voucher valued at £1.50 for redemption at Tesco.
