Steven Hartley, known for his role as Supt Tom Chandler, reunited with Mark Wingett, who portrayed DC Jim Carver, as they reminisced about their time on the long-standing police drama. “The Bill,” which aired from 1984 to 2010 over 26 series, chronicled the fictional stories of the Metropolitan Police in south London based at Sun Hill Police Station.
