A mother tragically passed away at a medical clinic after experiencing a prolonged wait for an appointment, according to an inquest. Jacqueline Watkins, 66, had been unwell for several days and struggled to secure a visit with a doctor before finally getting an appointment at her local GP surgery in Llanyravon, Wales.
